What is Account View?

An online account management tool for National City Commercial Card clients.

When can I access Account View?

You can access the system 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Is Account View secure?

Your Account View sessions are secure and private. Industry-standard 128-bit SSL technology encrypts each session. You control who has access to the system.

What can I do with Account View?

  • View statement information (recent transactions) and past 3 months of transactions
  • Download transactions into Quicken®, Microsoft® Money or most spreadsheet applications
  • Make a payment
  • View rewards information

Do I have to enroll in Account View to access my account online?

You must enroll to access your account information. It is simple to enroll - all you have to do is answer a few simple questions, and establish a unique user id and password.

What information will I need to enroll?

  • Account Number
  • Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
  • Zip Code
  • Work Phone

Please have your card available during your enrollment.

Can I select my own user name and password?

You will select your own user name and password during your enrollment.

What if I forget my user name or password?

If you have forgotten your user name and password you must re-enroll.

What if I entered my login and/or password wrong and I am locked out?

You will not be able to access Account View for 3 hours. After the allotted time enter your correct login and password or re-enroll.

Once I enroll, when can I access Account View?

You will have immediate access to Account View.

How soon will online payments post to my account?

A payment made through Account View will take 1 to 2 days to post to the account.

What is the payment mailing address?

If you elect not to make your payment electronically, you can remit payment via check or money order to:

Your check or money order must contain your sixteen digit account number to ensure proper credit to your account.

What type of operating system and browser do I need to access Account View?

You will need an Internet-ready computer equipped with Microsoft® Internet Explorer (version 4.0 or higher for Windows®) or Netscape Navigator® (version 4.0 or higher for Windows®). Your browser must support 128-bit encryption and be JavaScript® enabled.
